late Monday stuff

Dread Central: Wolfman Invades Halloween Horror Nights!
"The studio is taking advantage of all the hype surrounding the Benicio Del Toro remake of the classic Wolfman and integrating it with this year's event. The blood-hungry beast isn't getting his own maze or haunted house, but a special preview of the film will be playing on the "Terror Tram" ride's LCD screens!"

Lots of classic monster goodness at Random Acts of Geekery's Monster Monday!

Monsterfest's Horror Power Rankings are out and the likely ever diminishing entertainment value that will likely be Danny Boyles third chomp at the zombie genre, 28 Months Later, rages away at #1.

While over at SciFi Scanner, Iron Man II edges out Fringe for top spot in the SciFi Power Rankings.

QuasarDragon notes that Librivox has unleashed it's 5th collection of short horror fiction. This time out you'll find free readings of Berenice, The Tell Tale Heart and The Black Cat by Edgar Allan Poe, The Monkey's Paw by W. W. Jacobs, The Occupant of the Room by Algernon Blackwood, To Be Read at Dusk by Charles Dickens and four more lassic tales of dread.
